I’m a British writer and copy editor, based in Scotland, with almost 20 years’ experience story-telling for international media. My work generally spans luxury travel, health and wellness sections.

Over the last decade I found my niche covering the intersection between science and spirituality for international publications, often in the realm of plant medicine. I also write luxury hotel, villa, retreat and product reviews for The Telegraph, The Independent and Conde Nast Traveller.
